so many anglers catching fishh singaporean really got the "ya xin" to be camping at parks, so far every park i go there's bound to be someone fishing! even at park connectors!

I wonder why people come to my blog through hers.

and can someone enlighten me why we need to do spring cleaning durin CNY?

i felt like i've thrown everything that was in the house away and it still looks the same.

so road trips to malaysia? anyone tried them? when i was in primary school it was like a monthly affair, 6-8 hours car ride depending on the speed we are travelling on. and i cant believe the north south highway toll line to be so lousy this time round.

Back then idk how old was I(maybe primary schooL), our car had a da tu zi( big stomach) wheel, cannot continue driving at all, we was on the north south highway at 2am mid night, back then malaysia was still a safe country, we pulled over at one of the rest stop and immediately,, the EMAS, what emergency dono what one lah, came to our aid, towed us to a super ulu stretch of shop house, and got our wheel changed in the middle of the night!

This time round at 9pm, we had a flat tyre, changed the spare tyre on but it can only run at 80km/hr, so we dailed the hotline, guess what, we left the highway and they told us that, you are not on the highway, we cannot assist you!

We just wanted to know where is the 24 hour shop so that we can drive there ourselves to get our tyre replaced.!

we dailed AA-Singapore(malaysia 24hr hotline) and guess what, they told us that we need to wait 1 day for them to assist us by putting on the spare wheel! c'mon, chaning a spare wheel we can do it, we just need to know where we can get the wheel!

anyway we were lucky enough that there was internet connection at my grandmother's place else, seriously, idk how we can find the wheel. We called like 6 companies in the middle of the nite (12am) and all told us that they need to get back to us on tomorrow (sunday morning) which happens to be 25th dec, christmas.

It seriously wrecked our road trip, everything went haywired. but i was still surprised by the amount of shops open on christmas(sunday), the nearest shop that had the tyre immediately was at penang, whilst my grandma house was like 1hr drive away from penang.

No tyre change, max speed 80km/hr, no choice but to drive to penang to get it changed.

I seriously doubt those Bullsh!tters who said they sat on a 200km/hr car in singapore. It's seriously impossible to hit 200km/hr in singapore especially if you guys are talkin of a normal toyota vios or nissan sunny. Please wake up ur idea, idk why people like to bull sheet so much.

23/12 ICT Day off(14/12 saturday burnt) ATTENDED funeral of a 21YO friend, pls do not drink and drive!

24/12 6am set off, 1 hour jam at causeway (wanted to stop over at melecca but at 10am when we reached melecca it was raining cats n dogs) ended driving straight up to cameron highland, reached around 4pm. imagine sitting in the car since 6am. cannot believe how bad the traffic was, there were jams and people actually drove illegally on the road shoulder, police car even parked on the shoulder to catch offenders.

24/12 spent on cameron highland, but i still loved the road to pangkor island the most.

25/12 visited time meseum

something i liked about time mesuem is that it's only 5RM and! you can get to touch everything you see! unlike mesuems in singapore.

best thing is you get to see our L** and his son.

wanted to visit the biggest plantation company in malaysia but the traffic was horendous, sungei palas boh tea plantation, the whole road was jam, i think it take 3 hours just to complete that 800m stretch. and we missed the highest point at cameron which had an obeservation tower cause it was the same road as the biggest boh tea plantation.

began our descend, since 12, after visiting another boh tea plantation elsewhere

wanted to stop at ipoh for taugeh chicken but, didnt managed to get the address right and our gps brought us to a wrong place... 2pm and we were super hungry.. ended up grabbing duck rice by the road.

finally reached bagan serai(ah ma) house at around 430pm. Headed out for durian
buying

and ended up driving another 1 hour from 7pm to reach penang at 8pm just to have a seafood dinner.. malaysia is just god damn big

we ate crocodile tail, sorry for cruelty but it was ReallY NICE!

then we broke down at around 10pm on the way back to bagan serai from penang...

seriously idk why their helpline is totally useless! ended up sourcing for our own tyre by using a landline and a iphone.

1/2 day delayed and we ended moving towards genting at 2pm. after wasting 3 hours to get the tyre change. BTW we were using garmin GPS and the location is qutie good just that when it's near the exact location, we got to use our eyes! to spot where we are going, and the shop that had our tyres really phail! gave what wrong instructions on how to reach his show... haix... wasted 30min in penang driving up and down that stretch of road just looking for the SHOP!

genting(26/12 to 27/12) in so many years..

this temple became so atas! with 12 storeys, i remembered when i was in pri school or sec school, the temple was only 1 storey!

after genting was bukit tinggi, french village which i've been to 9 years ago or 7? i cant remember, but it was so different, too developed now...

and home sweet home. on 28th.

if you were to ask me choose, the weather was better on cameron then genting, genting is just too hot! cameron is much colder. cameron was much more like fraser hill! COLLLDDD and rustic feeling, genting is way too developed.

let me just start with my life (or rather when i brought my camera out).. orientation was just over in sept, anyway i went for 2 camps, both as photographers.

thinking back i wonder why i went as a photographer. seriously only got free food very wu hua meH?

1st was with sim ODac.

NExt up was, SIM UOL SRC, this was HOt sunny afternoon i swear, anyway i still like picture talkking.

then it was sam muesum

then it was F1 (first time visiting on race day) F1 is free ticket too!

got free ticket to barclays but zzz, it was seriously big rain. but the atmosphere was fantastic. we arrived just nice, at the 18th hole, when the last 3 groups was approaching the 18th green.
the 2nd last group, someone actually putted in for birdie and his action made me thought that he won the Barclays open, but zzz, it was only for tie of the lead.
The last flight, the leader was back and he sank his par putt. I cant believe the amount of noise generated on the 18th hole.... Cheers were everywhere, and it was off to sudden death, then as both players reappear, it rained just after both hit their tee shot. and we didnt wait any longer, we just took the shuttle bus back to sentosa cove, i just realised that parking is $3 whole day, and there's bus to the whole of sentosa, quite a worth investment to park there..

but due to a lucky draw we ended up eating at Gaggenau experience center for free. Chef Ryan Clift was an artist instead of a chef. seriously impressive.

I couldnt believe what i saw, anyway was really great.! let the pictures do the talking!

I seriously regretted deleting all of my blog post! Anyway, it's been long since I last dreamt, and whenever I dream, they would turn into reality. This dream came about in I think 2003 or 2004, just after my grandmother had Passed away, very. Vividly I still remembered I dreamt of some1 being the superman and leapt of the building. It was my first time having such dreams back then n I didn't realized my capabilities until 2010, during army. Where my dreams turn into realities at a much shorter time frame.

So today someone broke the news of someone was a superman, I wasn't shocked at all n I was thinking whole nite, how did I know abt this. Finally after 5 hrs of thoughts, I came to realized Tt the dream was so way back. Anyway I recently just dreamt of someone being kidnapped and stabbed to death, seriously I've got to stopp this from happening. By telling my dreams to people whom are closely related to those I dreamt off. And the dream will nv come true. I've tried, I wonder is this what they. Call special skills tti have. Seriously people say this is déjàvu but the older I get, the better I'm at remembering my dreams

Everytime anything happen people always push the blame to some other ppl. I don't think it's right, people would say u hold rallies all nite, I can't study, too noisy, some say I very concerned with our govt exam, tts why I spent whole day on utube listening to all parties rally. i realised where I cultivated my habit from haha it's from the army n for a reason, anyway i used to spent most of my time on home! Sports section, however it seems like my reading content have shifted! 3 weeks to exam n my friend told me you are nt studying hard enough! But I still feel Tt I've already studied the most compared to the past, maybe I need to put in 1 more gear!

Haha n I actually scored 20 marks for 2 papers! Such a letdown! Anyway my answers weren't Tt fantastic soooo I'm gonna ngage gear 5!

Btw heavy rains recently, anyone drove on a really bad rain day when the maximum wiper speed still can't let u see the car infront even if ur travelling at 30km/hr? My first experience was dated way back in 2007! Till now, such rain unfazes me, I realised I've like the rainy seasons, I don't know why but I just loved to be soaked in the rain, especially kicking soccer at the basketball court or playin frisbee in sentosa!

"next time when u drive car, u see me at the busstop when it's raining, please don't accelerate n spray water at me"

this sentence just can't get out of my mind, however I've never seen the person saying this sentence else haha i would really want to give him a good splash in future!

n there's really the rainbow.. realised i've been seeing rainbow, 9april i also saw the rainbow but when i took my iphone out, it just disappeared.. if you guys look closer, that was the first time in my life i saw a double rainbow.. 1 was quite faint..

zzzz... idk what i did wrong :( and he's handwriting was so bad that my 6 marks became 0marks, :(

anyway.. guess my results really disappointing me, 100 marks became 49 :( n i actually got 1 out of 25 marks for tt last question? what's wrong? did i press 1 wrong button on the calculatOR? haix..

and the rest of the papers was really horrigible... its not like i didnt spend time studying.... in fact this time was the mosT i studied throughout MY PSLE OLEVEL DIPLOMA.. ! and the results so atrocious.....

after i've deleted off my older entries, this marks the makin of the 56th post, honest i felt that i've done something good over the past few days at camp, although it's way different from normal camps but i just feel the sense of satisfaction i bring to the kids around me. I hope those kids that are at risk would grow and be useful singaporeans :)

first day is always the worst as you are getting to know everyone..... how each and everyone's character is and getting to know your partner... realli took me a long time to remember her name, guess im really bad at remembering names.

however when day 3 came, i knew i've touched some of their lives, i hope they would carry on from here...

although it has been 3 years since i last joined these camps.. most surprisingly was that i saw someone i knew, volunteering too.

My last paper haven ended but it ends in like 10mins time and I'm already on the bus back home, it's been long since I last too a bus ride alone really long! Nevertheless I still enjoy looking at people, old young fat short, it's really very interesting, anyway can u believe I went for a prep camp briefing just hours before my last prelim paper, I wonder if it's the mood Tt i'm in made the paper seems so much easier to do, I'm basically spoilt for choices, basically I know how to do 6of the 8 questions but I'm onli able to choose 4.
Never has it happened in my life Tt i'm able to know how to do more than what I'm expected off, really never.

Everytime when there's a test or whatever I would do the bare minimum, 4 means I will only know Tt 4, won't study xtra.

Anyway it seems like Tt mood I'm in is so good Tt I felt that o could have scored 100/100 but that's just plain dreaming, I'm sure I will have lots of careless mistakes here n there, this was the best among the 4 papers, poa was first up but I guess I did really bad, macro was up next and out of 15 questions I gotta choose 11, I only could understand 6 of them, rest was really "oh beh luan bomb" third paper pbf, couldn't believe Tt my mind went blank n I guess Tt was pretty much a fluke as well, anyway off to camp tomorrow, and I actually met some1 familiar there!

A fellow sim friend or rather friend's friend's, honestly Im really bad with names, I stilldk what's her name.

And I see familiar faces around since my last camp 3years back, and they still remembered my nickname ~handsome~ still nt quite used to people calling me handsome <- not in use for 3yrs liaos. Anyway 3days n I'll be back to mugging mood, hopefully i can score just as well for the other 3 subjects! First class here I come :) gagaga

channel's 8 7pm and 9pm shows are my favourite pasttime, i nv fail to not reach home before 7 nowadays, unless im out for sunset phototaking which onli happens once a month or even lesser,

i wondered if i've posted them before, but i will just post.. again, cox i deleted everything from this blog already.

i just want to say, tuesday life, if you guys read life, there's this section on silkair competition? or dono what, i cant remember but its about photo competition, i find similiarity to the photos i took.. let's see if you guys can recognise.

the picture on straits times do not have the mountain, if u see, we were lucky enough to see the mountain :). 影像丽江, this 1 really super powderful

next up, 大理 same trip as the 丽江, the worst car ride i've ever taken 3 hours, and the driver was driving like a mad person, overtaking at corners when he can't even see the opposite car.. nevertheless i slept throughout the whole journey, what's worst was that he didnt even on the aircon in the small 6 seater.. but i was botak back then :) so the heat wasnt a problem for me :) i just slept..

this 1 was in dali, we was rushin into the temple, i forget the name but it has a closing time of 6.30pm, and we were rushing like mad..

okay this was the 2nd time i stepped into starbuck, no i think 3rd time, ya 3rd time, and i think i've never bought any cup of coffee from starbucks before, this was my first time, but i didnt buy and drink myself, hhaa

oh ya if you'r wondering what's giving the star effect at the background, its my self-made star filter, made by my brother, less then 10cents haha, if you were to buy a star filter off those shops, it would have cost 10+-20+ or even more, and you would get the corners of the picture blackish cause of the thickness of all the filters u put together, they stacks, UV+star+POlariser++ the more u + the worst it gets.

this starbucks was in hualien and there was typhoon at that time,first time experiencing natural disater, think stuck there for 2 days, :( could've gone to 日月潭, anyway we still proceed up to alishan on that trip when the alishan bridge collaspe and the rail was stopped. can you imagine how bold or daring we were...

this was where we stayed for the nite and proceed to the highest point for sunrise viewing, and lucky enough we saw the sunrise

my brother printed 1 copy of this and its still in my bathroom lying on top of the toilet paper holder. haha

actually singapore also has nice scenery, its just that whether we know howw to apreciate them or not.

What were u doing when u was 9 years old? I picked up the sport rollerblade and I find it quite wasted Tt I didn't xontinue after 13yrs old cox my kakis all went separate directions, okay there were onli 4 of us, me n my bro and he and his bro. They were my neighbours and coincidentally we studied the same pri school, so we made friends and it was them who thought us how to blade...

Quite regretted not continuing after 13 because I Went to secondary 1, n they went to their secondary sch, end up we have different timings and the amount of timing gettin together was more n more difficult so gradually we lost contact n now became "facebook" friends!

Those were the days when we came back from morning sessions, I especially loved morning sessions cos we are free to do whatever we liked in the afternoon. March holidays, June holidays, sept, December holidays all were spent inn the same fashion, there was dance dance revolution then marvel vs capcom den time crisis then monster jam then soon we ventured outdoor around our estate, the slopes. I can't imagine learning rollerblading off that slope, it's simply just impossible, eventually I took out the rubber brake off the skates n learnt t-braking on this very slope, at times I'm even faster then the car, when I was 9, now I don't have the balls to go sonfast anymore...

The worst thing we played was rollerblade hide n seek cum catching. Can u imagine weaving through the car park with such heavy vehicle at 5pm-6pm the ultra peak period when they are going at 20km/hr n we are also going the same speed, luckily I wasn't hit straight on by Any cars, or I wouldn't have lived till 23z I was hit side ways b4 but just a fall n lots of abrasion everywhere!! Someone once asked me when we were at ecp, how come when u fall, u won't get abrasion.? Maybe I mastered the technique of falling I guess, I'm not proficient in any salamon but I'm trying to master it, learning it off the Internet is very tidious, I want to learn from someone, it's easier when there's companion, doing it alone just sucks.

Anyway those were the days that was fun n joy filled, the below 12yrs old experience, the 12-16 experience was also a bang! Will continue some other days.. Anything above 16 was plaain Jane but there were special moments that were savourable, poly days were abt w11, projects n mostly camps n 2 overseas trip. Maybe it's me becomig older, i've became less adventurous or was it thar I played too my till 16? Anyway already 23 and 1/3 or 1/4 of my life has already passed.. There are still more things to be tried out! Oh ya first water scooter ride was at 17, pangkor island, my father fetched me n I was like wow, it was exhilarating. 2nd time was bintan where I fetched my bro n he fetched me, that was the 2nd most choppy sea I've been out on, the water scooter ride was outstanding. They didn't want to let us out on sea even with a life jacket, they said I must go out wif an instructor so, I brought him out gave him his ride of his life, he didn't hold onto my waist n Tt left me wandering how he managed to stay on the scooter? In the end I was supposed to go b so that it's my brothers turn, end up he spoke in Malay to the other guy, I understand Malay abit he said "they all Xiao one, come here, really know how the scooter works, he go out with the brother can already, don't need me" haha honestly that was my first time riding a scooter but the sea was simply too choppy n it was more exciting then any roller coaster ride or any inverter that I've been in before. It was shoeing spiderman, not spidey2 or spidey 3, it was spiderman! Haha guess what we smuggled in? 3 sets of 2 pcs chicken meal upsize, mountian dew! That was sec 2? Haha 9 years already! Still need to put inside bag, act like idiot go in balong long.. 2nd time was national treasure, think nt 2, we brought a sleeping bag in! It was right after a camp, the sleeping bag was our blanket hahaha, I think I've nv watch another movie with them, that was the first and the last ahha, and I just realised I'm not quite a cinema person, and the montly spending now is lesser then what I spent in poly but still higher then secondary.. But on certain months, I spent less then what I spend in secondary school! Amazing right! Not including transportation of cause. Else how to be lower, no more child fare

first time i see a swimming pool inside a indoor hotel, it was 2 degree on the nite of arrival, i realised, every since then, i'm very afraid of cold, because that trip i only brought normal clothes, wore 4 layers, and still cold and shivering.

and i cant imagine on the 2nd day when it was still 2 degree celcius and still raining. see everyone wearing raincoat, yes its raining with a 2degree temperature, yet we went rafting, couldnt believe i managed to sit out in the cold for almost 45min, no matter how hard i rubbed my hands against each other, they just seems to cant generate the heat that it always never fail me wherever i went,

this is those mud house at xiamen, 2 hr car ride from xiamen town to reach there, but the view is magnificient.

still on the same trip, we went from xiamen to wuyishan, this was at xiamen, i forget what's the island called, gulangyu if im not wrong. like our sentosa like that. but its very nice. ya inside the island got one piano museum. too bad we cannot take picture in the museum so ... no pictures of the museum

this is just outside the ferry terminal where we had to take a ferry to gulangyu, i just want to point out, look how misty or hazy it is!

that day i just mentioned about marrina barrage, haha, i dont know them but just shoot only.

and singapore should have such, fruit sellers, i just dont understand why singapore fruit sellers don have so much variety of fruits at their store, taiwan, china, all the fruit sellers have wide range of variety, i think maybe if we can grow our own fruits in singapore then maybe there's hope of such fruit stores

and alishan still the nicest mountain i've been up to, really good scenery. i remember i could have died from this trip, because we went up there when there was 台风 we was trapped in hualien for 2 days, because of strong typhoon that the planes couldnt fly, the highway had soilerosions and i've witness once again the power of nature, nevertheless, we still went back to taipei n took 高铁 to chiayi. chaiyi <- if u watch AI! haha. alishan is at chaiyi. really outstanding, too bad typhoon spoilt the rail from bottom of alishan 4hr train ride up, else we would have even better pictures.

i mentioned hualien right,

don be mistaken this is not hualien city, this is outskirt of hualien, nice right

if i were to given a free trip to the place i've been before again, yunnan is the place that attracts me the most,

i'm not kidding you, i went for the kunming dali lijiang and shangrila trip, but due to 暴乱 we didnt managed to get all the way to shangrila, shangrila is higher in altitude and has nicer scenery but, just by looking at this picutre, lijiang old town looks fantastic.

i think i shared yulongxueshan before but its just too nice i will continue sharing

didnt managed to sit the cable car up to yulongxueshan cox of tight schedule, after yingxianglijiang, directed by zhangyimou, the cablecar was already closed :(

and yingxianglijiang was the best i've ever watched before, maybe because we had good weather. i didnt went to guilin for the holiday with my family cox im stuck in camp, but he told me that yingxiangliusanjie wasnt that fantastic..

k back to taiwan, hualien haha i cant help but jump around cox the flickr account was uploaded in this manner

man-made water fall at hualien, i keep forgetting what the hotel name was but :0 its very famous, if everytime there's typhoon, and u watch hualien news, they would go there and shoot the big big glass they use for their lobby, cox when there's typhoon, there's chance of it being shattered, i think the glass broke twice already in their hotel histroy.

if you think i travelled across this bridge, dont be crazy haha! this bridge wasnt in use already. this is at, hualien also but 1hr car ride from the hualien city, this place taroke, 太鲁阁. super nice place, haha but think 1 year back, stones were falling from all over the place and it hit a china tourist right on the headd n he died on the spot. think now, need wear helmet in already, but stone come down u also die one lahr.

actually come to think of it, i think im always very lucky when i go on holidays, it would either be very nice weather, or timing just nice. except wuyishan <- super bad weather.

on top of tapei 101, it was closed for the wholeday, but when we went, they wind was less strong and we managed to went up to catch the sunset.

NEW YEAR EVE, i cant believe the amount of people counting down at... marina bay. but, wtf, cars were jammed up everywhere, i tot 1030pm when i left house, i would make it in time to get a shot of the fireworks. decided to go to marina bay country club, the driving range got a full view of the fireworks, but when i reached there, i was stunned!! tanjong Rhu, full of people along both stretch, 1 way up 1 way down road, became 1wayed! i reached at 1115, traffic wasnt that bad then. when i went into marinabay country club, zzzzz, it was closed, security guards all around the car park, so many others have thought of the place i thought of. the most ulu of all already still got ppl come, zzzz! waited like 20min to get out cox the road's jammed.!

i told him " go direct traffic leh, surely got some cock dono how to drive den nobody go down tell him wont hit the car infront" zzz end up really got lousy drivers, that cannot navigate that soo damn small area. luckily my brother managed to become traffic police for the day, directing traffiC :)

i managed to get out, i myself nearly scraped someone's else car too, lucky i didnt haha.

to get this picutre wasnt simple at all, benjamin shears bridge had police guarding it. end up. haha i couldnt believe what i did but i went up nevertheless! when the fireworks came, singaporeans actually came to a standstill in their cars on lane 3 and 4 of the expressways, almost everyone who stopped took out their "ihaveacommonphone" to video or shoot the fireworks. simply outstanding, the police on the highway was like chasing them off but he's got such a nice smile when he saw the fireworks too, we got our shot and he chased us off too...

i got lightroom installed. but user interface so different, looks difficult to me, im still using photoshop, the older i get the more receptive im to changes. no wonder older people always get eliminated in the workforce.

next up would be sembawang park but dono when zhirong is free he seems busy in the month of feb.!

I'm very perplexed by the dreams I had recently. Normally people would have dreams that are either reoccuring, or being chased by someone, running for life or some very weird dreams that totally don make sens3. My dreams were all very logical dreams which in the past have always came true. All my dreams are situation that I didn't want them to come true but all came true. Dreams used to not come so often, if I'm nt wrong I had 2 dreams in the past 2 weeks, wonder if I could control my subconcius mind so that I can control what I dream n the timeframe of it happening. Does this sounds unreal to u? I can't believing it's happening to
me, normally it would be happening in the cinema only, when youre watching a movie!

i borrowed someone's harddisk, and i ended up browsing the photos inside the harddisk.

guilty, i stopped and i took out my own hard disk, its better to be lookin at your own photos. there's a story behind every photo, and i could even seem to remember vividly what happened before and after the photo was taken. i've yet to print, them into an album which i've always wanted to.

just like how zhouchuming recalled those scenes when he see the photos (inside dashijie)

I've never had such unprecedented stress b4 in my whole life, not even when i was serving the nation nor when I was going to undergo my first operation. Everything just came n go, and I didn't think much about them. Until recently, the 2 closest family member, I'm stressed for them. The fear of losing them, is just to great, I remembered vaguely that whenever I'm stress i would start to dream, and rembering soomethin bad happening in my dream would often turn into reality. It has already Been tested n proven. From fiction to reality used to take 5yrs then 3yrs then 1yr then 10mth then 5mth the most recent one took onli 3 mths. But all these dreams came true when I didn't tell anyone abt the content of the dream! U watch shows, 天机不可泄漏.

I wonder If by saying out the dreams, I've broken the law, causing the predicament that I'm in currently. The last dream Woke me up in tears, my pillow was almost fully wet!

Ya crying does help to relieve stress, that's why, it has been proven that female can take stress better then males as they have more developed tear glands!

Exams are coming! I don't think it's giving me my stress at the moment, but I just don't understand.......

i wonder when would the park connector from cck be linked to woodlands then yishun?

its been very developed at the west, i can get from cck all the way to jurong then to ulu pandan then down to town.

They made some improvements, there are traffic lights connecting some part of jurong park connector, it used to be cross the road at ur own risk.

but pang sua n bukit batok park connector still have those cross at your own risk junctions, i think should draw pedestrain crossing. :)

but woodlands to yishun would be a straighter n longer journey.

lets hope for the park connector to be linked.
